Scope & offers

These general terms are intended for online sales under the RED VAULT LAB name, including digital content, training and services. The product description and any specific terms presented before ordering define what is included. Physical goods, subscriptions or bespoke services require terms adapted to that offer. Mandatory consumer rights always remain applicable.

Information, prices & orders

Before payment, the offer must state its main features, language, access or delivery conditions, technical requirements, price, currency, applicable taxes and any additional charges. Any duration, renewal or cancellation conditions must also be disclosed. The buyer can review and correct the order before confirming an obligation to pay. A confirmation and the applicable terms are provided in a form the buyer can keep.

Delivery & access

For DSM, the product page and checkout on Beacons specify the purchased content and access arrangements. No lifetime access, update schedule or response time is promised unless expressly included in the offer. If access fails or the delivery does not match the order, contact us with the order reference so the issue can be addressed under the applicable rules.

Withdrawal & refunds

For immediate access to the RED VAULT LAB DSM online course, a buyer who expressly requests and consents to supply starting before the withdrawal period expires acknowledges that the withdrawal right is lost when supply of the digital content begins, provided that this consent and acknowledgement are confirmed on a durable medium, such as email. Receipt of the product or acceptance of these terms alone does not replace these requirements. This provision applies where the digital-content exception under French Consumer Code Article L221-28(13) applies; statutory guarantees and other mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Statutory cancellation and refund rights depend on the applicable law and the type of purchase. Where French or EU distance-selling rules apply, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw, subject to legal exceptions. For services and digital content, the period normally starts when the contract is concluded; for goods, when they are received. A clear withdrawal request can be sent to the contact email below. Statutory refunds follow the applicable time limits and payment rules.

Consumer rights & results

Applicable legal conformity guarantees and remedies remain available, including for digital content and services. No clause excludes mandatory rights to correction, price reduction, termination or reimbursement when their legal conditions are met. Training provides methods and educational resources; it does not guarantee income, audience size or business success. This does not reduce the obligation to deliver what was promised.

Use of content

Purchasing a RED VAULT LAB product grants only the use expressly permitted by the offer and does not transfer copyright. Unless a specific licence states otherwise, access and learning materials are personal to the buyer. Sharing accounts or access links, copying, distributing, publishing, uploading or reselling videos, documents, prompts, templates or other protected materials, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written permission from the rights holder, except where the law permits it. Non-public materials supplied to the buyer must not be disclosed to third parties without authorisation. The buyer may apply the knowledge and general methods learned to their own projects, including commercial projects, subject to any third-party rights. These terms do not claim ownership of the buyer’s own creations or restrict lawful disclosures and statutory exceptions.

Questions & disputes

For any question or complaint, email us with the order reference and a description of the issue. Consumers retain access to the competent courts and any statutory dispute-resolution mechanisms. Where French consumer mediation applies, the designated mediator’s details must be provided before sales open. No compulsory arbitration or exclusive Paris court clause is imposed here.

International customers

These terms are intended to be governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable to them, including those of their habitual residence where relevant. Customers in the United States retain applicable federal and state consumer protections. Country-specific restrictions or conditions must be disclosed before purchase. Neither language choice nor purchase from abroad constitutes a waiver of mandatory rights.

Applicable version

The version supplied when the order is placed applies to that order. Later changes do not retroactively alter an existing purchase without a lawful basis. English and French versions are provided; an inconsistency must not reduce the consumer’s mandatory protections.
